For the prelaunch days of the renewed Volvo V60, a real loft with rooftop was installed in the Volvo showroom Brussels, fully furnished in luxurious Scandinavian style. In addition to 8 dealer nights, 2 VIP evenings, 2 after work parties and 2 family days we also provide time for 6 days of individual visits and various internal training sessions. An oldtimer Volvo 245, a grand piano and 3 new Volvo V60 made for the right one magic during the event. The result? Completely surprised visitors, extremely satisfied dealers and a proud customer.
The annual Salon du Chocolat trade fair, was the perfect occasion for the world premiere of the newest innovation of Callebaut. In addition to white, milk and dark chocolate, Callebaut introduced a fourth chocolate variant; Ruby RB1, with a remarkable pink colour. Callebaut’s after party lounge at the Salon was completely set up in the theme of Ruby and enchanted 400 invitees. Thanks to Berlin Agency for the wonderful collaboration!
Volvo Cars Belux' headquarters were transformed into a modern European city scene in order to launch the new Volvo XC40 in absolute classy style. From 7 to 10 November, about 530 Volvo dealers and their clients visited Volvo's latest model in Brussels.
On the 16th & 17th of September all spotlights were on Volvo’s new XC60. On two different locations in Flanders and Wallonia about 150 guests a day set eyes on Volvo’s queen beauty. To portray its versatile character, the XC60 had been displayed in both a casual/outdoor and chic/elegant setting. More than 50 events, 60 event days and 1900 visitors: that is the result of the Opel Insignia Madness in numbers. For two months, the New Opel Insignia had been exhibited in the old headquarters of the Belgian-Flemish commercial television channels VIER and VIJF, which now had been restyled into the magnificent Opel Insignia Center, equipped with an auditorium, a black box car display, meeting rooms, a high-class hospitality floor and memory corner reminding the visitors of earlier iconic Opel models. Fleet managers, dealers, the press and VIP clients had been invited to get acquainted with the New Opel Insignia and its latest tools. Thanks Pop Media for the collaboration.
In a mysterious white box, the New XC60 waited to be discovered by Volvo’s dealers and their clients. For 10 days sales persons had the ability to get acquainted with Volvo’s latest model and its innovative tools.
In this seasons where all things are coming to life again, the new model Opel Crossland X popped out into the world with unseen elegance. For two days this baby became the center of attention in Vilvoorde. On this fairytale-like location, with a decor of the softest colours and the brightest spring flowers, the press and B2B clients were invited to check out the Crossland X.
Love cars, love the new Volvo V90 Cross Country. For thirteen days this new model was exhibited at the headquarters of Volvo Cars Belgium in Groot-Bijgaarden. With a shuttle bus visitors of the Motor Show Brussels were transported to this authentic location. In a forest, near a glamping cabin with a dark brown leather lounge and light wood tables, the mighty V90 Cross Country was shown to the public for the first time in Belgium.
In Bilbao, Spain, the new Living Stone had been launched in the presence of 300 people. On the occasion of this historical event a press conference and a dynamically visualized presentation had been held in the Euskalduna Conference Centre. Later that day guests were invited to the shipyard La Naval for attending the launching ceremony of the Living Stone.
With great pleasure, we hosted the inauguration of the new tram stop at the site of UZ Gent with about 100 guests. During the event, speakers, such as Eric Mortier (Delegated Representative Universitair Ziekenhuis Ghent), Dirk Busschaert (President of De Lijn Oost-Vlaanderen) and Filip Watteeuw (Council Member of Mobility and Public Works), Daniël Termont (mayor of Ghent) and Ben Weyts (Flemish minister of Mobility) expressed their enthusiasm about the established extension of the tram route.
140 guests were gathered, having only 1 common interest: to get acquainted with Lipton Exclusive Selection, the new B2B range of the tea giant. At 3 different venues (Felix Pakhuis, Urban City, 9 Beaufort) the selected audience learnt more about all the possibilities tea has to offer. International speakers, inspiring workshops and culinary pampering gave this whole tea exploration an extra touch. The day and evening ended at MAS museum with excellent catering by topchef Viki Geunes ('t Zilte**).
During 11 consecutive days magic happened in the VOLVO Car Brussels headquarters, when New Balls Please integrated Swedish nature, culture and design. A unique setting that measured up to the extreme quality of the new XC90. Besides a spectaculair reveal with integrated video projection 20m by 10m, exquisite catering and animated visits of the new car, the guests could also enjoy some exciting XC90 linked animations.
