Every year Bidfood Belgium organises a food service and catering fair in combination with an evening event, to which their clients are invited. This time 99 suppliers shared their new products and promotions and demonstrated various digital experiences to the visitors. And when the night came, it was time for the great party in true Guinguette style to get started. New Balls Please coordinated the event in collaboration with Pubmarket!
Volvo Cars Belux' headquarters were transformed into a modern European city scene in order to launch the new Volvo XC40 in absolute classy style. From 7 to 10 November, about 530 Volvo dealers and their clients visited Volvo's latest model in Brussels.
At Nacht van ’t Zoute in Knokke two sublime models of the Volvo collection, the Volvo S90 and the V90, were positioned on stage, next to the catwalk of the Marie Claire Fashion Walk, charming everyone who had gathered there to enjoy Marie Claire’s famous party.
In a mysterious white box, the New XC60 waited to be discovered by Volvo’s dealers and their clients. For 10 days sales persons had the ability to get acquainted with Volvo’s latest model and its innovative tools.
Love cars, love the new Volvo V90 Cross Country. For ten days this new model was exhibited at the headquarters of Volvo Cars Belgium in Groot-Bijgaarden. With a shuttle bus visitors of the Motor Show Brussels were transported to this authentic location. In a forest, near a wooden cabin with a dark brown leather lounge and light wood tables, the mighty V90 Cross Country was shown to the public for the first time in Belgium.
At Bidvest Beurs 2016, all kind of food suppliers showed their best services to Bidvest’s clients at Nekkerbox Mechelen. Afterwards clients and suppliers were invited to a magical winter feast to enjoy dinner in a white winter scene. Volvo gave that little extra touch to the Marie Claire Runway at ‘Nacht van ‘t Zoute’ in Knokke. The Volvo X90 and S90, two of Volvo’s more exclusive cars, were placed upon the catwalk, giving the audience a memorable experience on their Friday night out.
About 200 participants filled the afternoon with green tips, ideas and plants at fair prices. The scope of this fair: making the audience acquainted with the large variety of plants, framed in a cozy family-oriented environment and comfortable outdoor terraces.
At the end of October, our client Cacao Barry organised the world-renowned fair booth World Chocolate Masters, a competition famous among all chocolatiers and patissiers. 20 finalist from 20 different countries used tons of chocolate to construct the most beautiful chocolate creations. With more than 60 000 visitors, we really reached the big crowd with our case for Cacao Barry. That is the result of 3 days of ‘chocolate madness’.
Partner Berlin agency turned the World Chocolate Masters into a truly interactive event, by following up the event on 9 different social media platforms, using the hashtag #WCM2015. Hence, this world-renowned chocolate competition became a real live event for both the visiting customers and the home audience. During the gala dinner at Les Docks: Cité de la Mode et du Design, the multi-day event ended with a ‘grande finale’ and all guests enjoyed an animated night.
