Every year Bidfood Belgium organises a food service and catering fair in combination with an evening event, to which their clients are invited. This time 99 suppliers shared their new products and promotions and demonstrated various digital experiences to the visitors. And when the night came, it was time for the great party in true Guinguette style to get started. New Balls Please coordinated the event in collaboration with Pubmarket!
On the 6th of October, the Japanese delegation came to Belgium to attend Fuji Oil Europe’s 25th anniversary celebration party and the inauguration of their brand new building at Ghent Zeehaven. After the grand opening, guided tours in the old and new building had been organised for 200 VIPs on Friday and 500 employees and their family members on Saturday.
With glimmering lights and music acts we created long-lasting memories at Van Oirschot’s 50th anniversary. More than 1200 guests will never forget their night out with music diva Natalia and Belgian coverband Cookies & Cream at this enchanting location in Antwerp.
One can never throw enough parties. And especially not when celebrating its 150th birthday. On the 8th and 9th of September Vondelmolen had invited stakeholders and staff to come over to the site of Vondelmolen and to take part in their festivities. A tour in the factory and Vondelmolen’s experience box, that interactively narrated the company’s history, were on the menu. Children’s activities in the afternoon, music performances and mentalist tricks in the evening and exquisite catering all day long made Vondelmolen’s Stakeholder & Staff Event complete.
Flair Shopping Day has become a most valued tradition among Flair’s readers as it’s that time of the year when they are treated as queen of the day. To again create something most magical, Checkmate and New Balls Please transformed the new shopping center Docks Bruxsel into a place called the Flair Shopping Paradise, welcoming about 27000 visitors, each of them so wildly enthusiastic to experience the famous pop-up fashion show, to meet hostess Eline De Munck in the Flair Lounge or to visit all various, selfie corners, makeup corners and DIY corners.
At Bidvest Beurs 2016, all kind of food suppliers offered their best services to Bidvest’s clients at Nekkerbox Mechelen. Afterwards clients and suppliers were invited to a magical winter feast to enjoy dinner in a white winter scene. Reindeers, candle lights, snowflakes all around … New Balls Please knows how to throw a party!
Outdoor store A.S. Adventure on the move! After having camped at De Kouter for 3 days, A.S.Adventure was ready for its relocation to this historical building with art deco domes at Zonnestraat, Ghent. At the reception guests were served some delicious finger food, while they were enjoying a majestic view of the building’s interior. Special guests were Daniel Termont, mayor of Ghent, and Dominique Motte, CEO of A.S.Adventure.
Grand opening of Volvo Sterckx’ new showroom in Halle. What’s better than introducing a new showroom by introducing a new car? For one night, Volvo Sterckx Halle served as the scene for an enormous spectacle, as it was lightened up by colorful stilt-walkers who were dressed up in shiny costumes, producing LED light. Yet, le moment supreme definitely was the moment when the new V90 entered the showroom, making its way through the crowd and amazing simply everybody.
Wallie, the ‘Wallslotrobot’ is a real world scoop. It took Denys 6 years of intense research and development, but the moment was finally there. Wallie was ready for the world to be seen. This is the world’s first robot to execute subterranean constructions without any aboveground intrusion. This big moment was celebrated by an elaborate press moment and a client reveal, preceded by a presentation of the engineers. Finally, all guests had the chance to take a closer look at the robot.
The IT security partner Trend Micro hosted their European Congress in Sitges together with New Balls Please. About 70 guests were transported from the airport to the 5 star hotel Dolce Sitges, where catering was provided in a wonderful decor. Afterwards all guests visited the vine yard of Can Rafols dels Caus, where they could experience the production process of the local wine and were introduced to other local activities, such as the bottling of olives and some food and drink workshops. A barbecue and a bike tour wrapped up the event and afterwards all guests were transported back to the airport.
Unilin brings an early summer to its guests. Interior designers from all over the country were invited to a cozy get-together at Loft 202 in Brussels.
At this special venue, they will be addressed by a speaker who specializes in festival decors like Tomorrowland.
During and after this talk, the creatives are welcome to network over a snack and a drink.
Brussels Event Brewery hosted "More than tradition", a B2B fair by Bidvest for 57 exposees (o.a. Danone Belgium, Unilever, Duni, Douwe Egberts Belgium, Croky, Lotus Bakeries) and about 700 guests, with a closing evening dinner and performance by Raf Van Brussel and his party band Brussels At Night.

Looking for buyers or investors, Vanhaerents invited 50 top clients to one of the remaining penthouses on the Groen Kwartier site in Antwerp. Top catering by The Jane (Sergio Herman and Nick Bril) and the Upper Room Bar made sure all guests experienced a 7th heaven.
