Michel Van Camp (1974) is a full-blooded and all-round entrepreneur who, in his 20 years of event experience, managed a few extremely succesful top 5 event agencies in Belgium (Eventerprise, GUAVA) and was awarded with several national and international event trophies. New Balls Please is his new baby where he is proudly in control of the daily management. Michel’s expertise in event business development and tutoring in tourist management & recreation (Coloma Instituut Mechelen) and event management (Thomas More College), make him your perfect partner in event planning and concept creation. Valérie De Coster (1978) is a fully committed bussiness woman, who thinks and dreams in event concepts. She started her career in 2001 in different event agencies in Brussels and Antwerp, before launching her own agency, Chips Experience in 2010. Numerous clients as e.g. Opel, TomTom, Sanoma Group, Proctor & Gamble, Bostoen, Transwide and Grayling look back on a long range of events organized by Valérie. Thanks to her broad expertise in events, she knows how to turn your client’s world around. Stein Hoogstoel (1983) is the youngster of the team, but a more than valuable asset in your event planning. His sophisticated and surprising ideas make him the perfect all-round event producer. Starting his carrier at GUAVA, he switched to freelancing in 2008 and became a well respected event partner for high-brow agencies like e.g. Brands in Motion, Brand Event, Pubmarket, BBDO, Fast Forward Events and Check-mate. Natacha Smetryns (1977) clearly isn’t a newbie in the industry. For already 15 years she knows how to put her mark on event agencies and today, she fits perfectly within the philosophy of our all-round event agency. With her bilingual talk, she knows how to walk many clients in corporate and nightlife events.
Let’s talk about Kristof (1983). Experienced, bold and daring! That’s how we like our new senior event creator. After having studied Digital & Graphic Media and Communication Managament at Artevelde Hogeschool in Ghent, he dove into the wonderful world of event planning. What he likes most about his job? The energy you get everytime you work on a new project. The work, people, creativity and step by step planning … they all give you this satisfying shot of adrenalin, stimulating you to be better at your job. With his know-how and 7 years of experience in event planning we can’t wait to make even bigger plans for the future!

This junior event creator has been working with us for some time now and our match couldn’t be more perfect: with her eye for detail she turns events into magnificent experiences and with her everyday smile she makes us and our clients feel at ease in every situation. Thanks to her eagerness to learn about just everything that has to do with event planning she is really a great asset to our team.
Say hi to Frederik (1993), junior event creator. What can be said about Frederik? Well, he really is the cheery guy, considering every situation as a new opportunity to learn things about our sector. Organizing, planning, taking care of everything that has to do with logistics … Every single task is considered as top priority! Thanks to his education in Hotel Management and Event Management at Vives, he knows what it takes to help create awesome events. With his enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and his great ambitions he’ll be a great support to us.
Maxime Claeys (1983) is our graphic artiste. She is a blondie with a brunette attitude and has a master’s degree in Expressive Arts at Sint Lucas Antwerp. She started her career as Art Director at Flexus (Ghent), but after 10 years she switched to her own business. From her creative expertise, she highlights your new products, emphasizes your brand or fixes any graphic emergencies. She creates the visual part of your event and makes our visual day.
Telling our live story will be Marieke’s (1992) thing. In love with well-written phrases and communication strategies, this language geek decided to study Languages, Corporate Communications and Journalism at KU Leuven and Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
