A special moment needs a once-in-a-lifetime experience
Flair Shopping Day has become a most valued tradition among Flair’s readers as it’s that time of the year when they are treated as queen of the day. To again create something most magical, Checkmate and New Balls Please transformed the new shopping center Docks Bruxsel into a place called the Flair Shopping Paradise, welcoming about 27000 visitors, each of them so wildly enthusiastic to experience the famous pop-up fashion show, to meet hostess Eline De Munck in the Flair Lounge or to visit all various, selfie corners, makeup corners and DIY corners.
Floating unicorns. Candy in every corner. Jolly rolling on the water in a plastic, transparant ball. And what’s that funny, colourful pinata hanging there in the tree? We think that magic secretly got hold of us when we created this dreamy private event for our special little client.
150 years of passionate gingerbread producing could, under no circumstances, go unnoticed. As throwing a village party for more than 3.000 local residents isn’t quite a small event, Vondelmolen’s intention to go all the way really succeeded. On this sunny Sunday morning, inhabitants of Lebbeke, Wieze and Denderbelle had been invited for a large brunch at the site of Vondelmolen and for experiencing the gingerbread production process in Vondelmolen’s factory, of which all of it was carefully coordinated by New Balls Please. Gingerbread workshops, children’s traditional games and a jumping castle made this village party a marvellous experience for the little ones too.
150 years or 5 generations of existence: that’s quite unique for a family company in Belgium. In this first month of spring, New Balls Please and Belgium’s biggest gingerbread producer celebrated Vondemolen’s 150th anniversary with a few captains of industry and other VIP guests, the press and – much to everyone’s delight – his Royal Highness, king Philippe.
With no doubt AZ Klina Unplugged will be remembered as thé music show of the year, filled with an amazing live concert and intriguing interviews at Jaiselings Royal Palace in the Netherlands. Central guest Paul Michiels had brought along some of his talented music friends, which resulted in impressive music acts, of which each of those acts was followed by an in-depth interview between Roos Van Acker and AZ Klina’s new specialists and general practitioners. After this whole mixture of maximum entertainment and interesting talks AZ Klina ended the night with an outstanding walking dinner.
The inauguration of tram’s 21 the final stop, Zwijnaarde Bibliotheek, by mayor of Ghent Daniël Termont, Flemish minister of Mobility Ben Weyts and Council Member of Mobility and Public Works Filip Watteeuw, was followed by a cheerful reception in an immense party tent pimped with yellow and grey balloons and provided with a glitter tattoo corner for the children. Almost 1500 local residents enjoyed drinks, snacks and the music played by Koninklijke Harmonie Zwijnaarde.
This year, New Balls Please really turned Wijnegem Shopping Center upside down to organize this dazzling Flair Shopping Day. More than 55 000 visitors enjoyed the taste of glitter and glamour! Selfie corners with ‘real stars’, complete make-overs and DIY workshops made this day just perfect. Also, some special guests were invited: Karen Damen, TV host Eline De Munck and actors Rik Verheye & Bart Hollanders, known from the popular TV show ‘Callboys’, were very pleased to spend the day with Flair’s readers. Finally, DJ Wout and Regi ended this fabulous day with a mindblowing party.
At Bidvest Beurs 2016, all kind of food suppliers showed their best services to Bidvest’s clients at Nekkerbox Mechelen. Afterwards clients and suppliers were invited to a magical winter feast to enjoy dinner in a white winter scene. Reindeers, candle lights, snowflakes all around … New Balls Please knows how to throw a party!
Yes I do. With those 3 simple words the couple started their day. The vineyard Nobel in Lochristi was the perfect spot to continue this wonderful carefree day as the couple shares a predilection for Italy & wines. The devil was certainly in the details as every element was personalized and fitted to the theme.
For the second year in a row we hosted AZ Klina's annual MD reception. With a fun show called ‘Klina Revue’, we presented themes like ’Speakers’ Corner’, ‘Vaneigens’ and ‘Défilé’ in a frame of modern theatre with real live actors. During this custom-made live show, all new specialized MDs and family doctors were presented to 300 guests.
18 October 2015: About 80 000 Belgian fashionista’s gathered at Wijnegem Shopping Center to get pampered like a princess by their favourite magazine. The Flair audience got overwhelmed with several treats, make-overs, tattoo boys, selfie cameras, gadgets …
The central court was transformed to a live stage for Flair On Air. Via the Antwerp regional radio 107.0 FM, online and on air, the home audience was able to follow the entire happening. During the show, hosts Kristin and Lisa welcomed a lot of well-known guests like Eva Daeleman, Ish Ait Hamou (So You Think You Can Dance), Eline De Muynck, Joy Anna Thielemans, Ben Segers, Filip Peeters and many more.
Brussels Event Brewery hosted "More than tradition", a B2B fair by Bidvest for 57 exposees (o.a. Danone Belgium, Unilever, Duni, Douwe Egberts Belgium, Croky, Lotus Bakeries) and about 700 guests, with a closing evening dinner and performance by Raf Van Brussel and his party band Brussels At Night.
