Meet your business partners in an encouraging atmosphere
Somewhere in the far far West, Deloitte & New Balls Please had set up a business meeting with 200 employees of Deloitte’s Services & Investments department. After the business part, western vibes entered the room and brought along Western games, animations and music to light up this September evening.
Castle and convention centre Les Fontaines in Chantilly had been arranged as an awesome location for the 3-day during convention of Deme. With a full-time coordination of the auditorium sessions, quizes and workshops by New Balls Please, this event just kept rolling and impressing. As guests must be treated as real princes and princesses, everyday exquisite lunches and dinners had been served at the royal-like location in Chantilly, sometimes alternated with surprising special acts, like a magical horse show at the horse museum, Les Grandes Ecuries.
In Bilbao, Spain, the new Living Stone had been launched in the presence of 300 people. On the occasion of this historical event a press conference and a dynamically visualized presentation had been held in the Euskalduna Conference Centre. Later that day guests were invited to the shipyard La Naval for attending the launching ceremony of the Living Stone.
For two days 60 Opel dealers of certified used cars were treated like real princes at the Thermae Palace in Ostend. During a short reception guests were served some delicious seafood by waiters dressed up like funny shrimp fishermen. And there was more: during a unique tasting of 4 different sparkling types of champagne with some exquisite caviar, which was led by sommelier of the year 2013 Sepideh Sedaghatnia, guests could eat and drink the day away. And at last, le moment suprème everybody had been waiting for: the auction of wrapped up Opel cars: during dinner dealers could make a bid for 3 cars.
Never change a winning team. Or in this case: a winning location. After a successful partner meeting in May, IT security partner Trend Micro decided to head back to the beautiful Sitges for an internal event. Approximately 90 employees travelled back and enjoyed an interesting combo of seminars and workshops. Business met leisure, mission accomplished!
The IT security partner Trend Micro hosted their European Congress in Sitges together with New Balls Please. About 70 guests were transported from the airport to the 5 stars hotel Dolce Sitges, where catering was provided in a wonderful decor. Afterwards all guests visited the vine yard of Can Rafols dels Caus, where they could experience the production process of the local wine and were introduced to other local activities, such as the bottling of olives and some food and drink workshops. A barbecue and a bike tour wrapped up the event and afterwards all guests were transported back to the airport.
At the end of November, the fleet advisors of Opel Belgium became the center of attention. With lightweight structure as the central theme of the day, 60 guests were invited for a session of indoor skydiving at Airspace Indoor Skydive Charleroi.
