Castle and convention centre Les Fontaines in Chantilly had been arranged as an awesome location for the 3-day during convention of Deme. With a full-time coordination of the auditorium sessions, quizes and workshops by New Balls Please, this event just kept rolling and impressing. As guests must be treated as real princes and princesses, everyday exquisite lunches and dinners had been served at the royal-like location in Chantilly, sometimes alternated with surprising special acts, like a magical horse show at the horse museum, Les Grandes Ecuries.
In Bilbao, Spain, the new Living Stone had been launched in the presence of 300 people. On the occasion of this historical event a press conference and a dynamically visualized presentation had been held in the Euskalduna Conference Centre. Later that day guests were invited to the shipyard La Naval for attending the launching ceremony of the Living Stone.
The IT security partner Trend Micro hosted their European Congress in Sitges together with New Balls Please. About 70 guests were transported from the airport to the 5 star hotel Dolce Sitges, where catering was provided in a wonderful decor. Afterwards all guests visited the vine yard of Can Rafols dels Caus, where they could experience the production process of the local wine and were introduced to other local activities, such as the bottling of olives and some food and drink workshops. A barbecue and a bike tour wrapped up the event and afterwards all guests were transported back to the airport.
During 4 days of Sevillian sun, 170 delegates - with 47 different nationalities - of the Roxell departments worldwide, were invited with their partner to participate in different kinds of workshops. Apart from the logistic and technical framework, New Balls Please had also scouted the perfect locations and organised the perfect activities for this dealer congress.
On Friday the 4th and Saturday the 5th of December, Rotterdam and its Mainport Design Hotel became the playground for a packed weekend for Opel's dealers and their partners. This location was the ideal scenery for the new generation of Opel, as the trendy city of culture with its architectural masterpieces represents the aims of the automotive brand. For the dealers and their partner, the weekend was a mixture of lifestyle, fashion and culinary refinement. During the business programme, the partners enjoyed an optional programme, that included a barista workshop and a surprising route through the city. After the general meeting, the company of 230 guests was transported by the boat Spido toward the Hulstkamp Building, a vintage jenever distillery in a cozy frame.
At the end of October, our client Cacao Barry organised the world-renowned fair booth World Chocolate Masters, a competition famous among all chocolatiers and patissiers. 20 finalist from 20 different countries used tons of chocolate to construct the most beautiful chocolate creations. With more than 60 000 visitors, we really reached the big crowd with our case for Cacao Barry. That is the result of 3 days of ‘chocolate madness’.
Partner Berlin agency turned the World Chocolate Masters into a truly interactive event, by following up the event on 9 different social media platforms, using the hashtag #WCM2015. Hence, this world-renowned chocolate competition became a real live event for both the visiting customers and the home audience. During the gala dinner at Les Docks: Cité de la Mode et du Design, the multi-day event ended with a ‘grande finale’ and all guests enjoyed an animated night.
More than 50 international sports and lifestyle press members gathered in Eivissa to get acquainted with the coolest fitness watch ever. Journalists from Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, bloggers and vloggers enjoyed a mix of Tabata/Yoga moves, instructed by Lindsay Jay, room drops with personalized towels, gadgets, their very own new TomTom Spark, ‘Clean & Lean’ sessions with James Duigan (nutritionist of Elle Macpherson) and finally a closing party by Ministry of Sound in Ocean Club.
